The master bedroom has a king bed with a large 75 inch TV. With a door that walks out to your private hot tub. The master bedroom offers a private en-suite bathroom, and a double head walk-in shower and separated Tub with dual sinks and walk in closet. The second bedroom, offers a Queen bed with lots of closet space. Bedrooms 3 has a Queen bed and 55 inch TV private with a en-suite bath. The fourth bedroom is in the connected casita. This can be accessed within the home or its own private door outside. There is a large 55 inch TV, washer and dryer, full kitchen, ensuite bath and a King bed!

In the main area there is a large sectional with USB charging throughout the couch. Large Smart TV, and open floor plan. The spacious kitchen has everything you need to cook with. With a laundry room off the kitchen. In total there are 2 sets of washer and dryers within the unit! 

Located in Pecan Valley Resort in Hurricane City, just off I-15, this resort is convenient off SR9, grocery shopping, movie theaters, golfing, Sand Hollow Reservoir and only 40 minutes away from Zion National Park! Want to experience some theatrics? No problem! With easy freeway access, Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater is just a short drive away! Relax in the quiet of the mountains without sacrificing quick city life access! 

The garage is not for guest use, guests may park in the driveway which has 4 regular length spaces and one extra long space.  Come and explore this awesome new location in the St George area!

You will have access to the private pool and spa.  The entire property is for your private use with the EXCEPTION OF THE GARAGE which is used for owner storage and it will be locked.

The host is available to answer questions during your stay, but is not onsite.

The unique location---off SR9 towards Sand Hollow---keeps you out of the downtown St. George congestion and free to explore Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon at your leisure. Just minutes away you can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. Golfers discover the incredible scenery of Sand Hollow Golf Course, and minutes from Sky Mountain and Coral Canyon Golf courses.

The home is in a residential area with very close access to Sand Hollow and other attractions.  You will have access to park in the driveway, which has 4 regular spaces and one extra long space which can be used for a trailer.  Please don't park in the street overnight.  During the day is just fine.

Heating of the pool is not included in the rate.  If you would like to have the pool heated, please inquire with the host for pricing.  It is recommended to heat the pool from October to April.
