October 20, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for our family. The location was great, just about 45 minutes from Zion National Park, making it super convenient for day trips. What made it even better was the amazing free-access waterpark walkable from the house. The kids absolutely loved it, and there were plenty of activities to keep them entertained. We also appreciated having several grocery stores, restaurants, and shops close by, which made everything so easy. Highly recommend this place for families visiting Zion or looking for a relaxing getaway with lots to do!!

My son left behind his kindle and Randi offered to mail it to us, which was greatly appreciated and above and beyond.

The beach club, water park, which you can walk too, was a peasant surprise and fun for all ages! Don't hesitate to book this one.

We had plenty of room, everything was clean, the beds and linens were very comfortable, the layout of the unit was great and the private hot tub was awesome. The waterpark is a short walk from the unit and our kids loved it! We would absolutely stay here again and Randi was super helpful and always responsive. We loved it and would recommend this place to our family and friends.

September 26, 2025This home was absolutely stunning! It fit our family of 9 so well and the kiddos had a blast. This home was VERY clean, decorated so cute, and has a hot tub to enjoy. We loved the water park even though we were only able to use it 1 day due to weather. The beds were so comfy, black our curtains in all rooms, and plenty of extra blankets/pillows/towels. Randi was super quick to answer all questions I had and responded so quick. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is right by Sand Hollow so it was great for a lake trip. We parked our boat on the street with no issues. Awesome place!

April 18, 2026Randi is an excellent host who communicated thoroughly prior and during our stay. She let us know weeks in advance that the waterpark would be closed, which didn’t bother us at all. The home was amazing and you can’t beat the location. Gorgeous views. Upon arrival, we noticed the hot tub was off but Randi was so responsive and had someone out there the next day to get it up and running. We enjoyed it. Looking forward to staying next time we are in Utah 🙂
